Taravati and Durgavati were the kingdoms of an imaginary island near the ancient Indian peninsula and the Indonesian archipelago. Due to its proximity, it had influence from Indian, Javanese, and ancient Chinese cultures, weaving a rich tapestry of beliefs, traditions, and martial arts.
But beneath the surface of this vibrant civilization concealed a simmering undercurrent of ambition and deceit. After a cruel incident, a chain of betrayals and bloodshed is unleashed. The royal family, caught in the crossfire of political intrigue, must navigate a treacherous path of revenge, loyalty, and survival.
This fiction, influenced by a series of historical events, spanning 26 chapters, will be released from April 1st during the #BlogchatterA2Z Challenge of 2025.

Thanks for your encouragement. I am making few attempts and hope it gets published someday. Reg the name, I was immersed in Jeyamohan’s retelling of the Mahabharata, which describes the city of Dwaraka. I named it after his novel 🙂 Thanks for your wishes.
